 Journeyman Carpenter, skilled framer with experience in additions, remodels, removal of load bearing walls and deck install/maintenance. 

 Fern is Josh’s loyal sidekick and our official morale booster. Whether she’s riding along to job sites or keeping watch from the truck, she’s always part of the crew. 

Brooke is the organizational force behind Funky Solutions. With a background in administration, marketing, and customer service, she handles scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day operations.

 Dustin possesses remarkable skills in observation, learning, retention, and motivation that will doubtlessly benefit any job he is presented with.

 Jeff joined the crew in early 2025 and brings with him decades of construction and building experience. He presents an abundance of knowledge and versatility in every instance; displaying great work ethic and efficiency in his craft. 

 Job joined the Funky crew in 2023 and has become a prominent drywall installer. His precise detail creates beautiful outcomes and his skills continue to impress clients and coworkers alike.

 Keira is a skilled laborer who specialized in bathroom remodels, painting, tiling, and finishing work. She prides herself on precision and client satifaction.

Kevin is our newest employee joining us in June 2025.

 Logan is a graduate of the Whitehall Construction trades BOCES program.  He brings both precision and insight to every task, consistently delivering results that raise the bar. 

 Luke is a trained home inspector, with over 3 years of experience as a general contractor. Luke is a founding member and Foreman for the Funky Solutions team who operates in all aspects of renovation and construction. 

 Mike is a graduate of the Whitehall Construction trades BOCES program. He pairs his technical understanding with acute observation skills to exceed expectations.

 Tim brings hands-on experience, leadership, and a problem-solving mindset to every job site. With a background in construction management and project coordination, he ensures each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and exceeds expectations.
